1 pre-made pie crust
6 slices of bacon
1 cup shredded cheese
4 eggs
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste


1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Crumble the bacon into small pieces.
3.Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Press the crust onto the bottom and sides of the dish.
4.In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
5.Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese onto the bottom of the pie crust. Top with crumbled bacon. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the bacon and cheese.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
7.Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
8.Slice and serve the quiche warm or at room temperature.
