These Pumpkin Shaped Deviled Eggs are a festive twist on the classic deviled eggs, perfect for Halloween or Thanksgiving gatherings.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs hard-boiled and peeled
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or to taste
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch pepper to taste
- 12 chive pieces cut into small pieces for the pumpkin stems
Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture, mounding slightly. Use the back of a spoon or a fork to create lines on the surface of the filling to mimic a pumpkin’s ribs.
- Dust with additional paprika for color, if desired.
- Place a chive piece on top of each filled egg to resemble a pumpkin stem.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your festive pumpkin-shaped deviled eggs.

Tried this and didn’t have chives, so I used parsley instead. Still turned out great!
