Ingredients

2 large tortilla wraps
200g ground beef
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 large eggs
1 tomato, sliced
Handful of fresh spinach leaves
4 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

1.Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2.In the same skillet, sauté the bell pepper, onion, and garlic until they start to soften. Add the smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper and cook for another minute.
3.Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs and mix them with the vegetables.
4.Add the cooked ground beef back into the skillet and mix everything together.
5.Warm the tortilla wraps in a separate skillet.
6.Divide the beef and vegetable mixture between the two wraps.
7.Top each wrap with sliced tomatoes, spinach leaves, and crumbled feta cheese.
8.Roll up the wraps tightly and serve.
