3 lbs chicken wings
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)


1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3.Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
4.Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5.Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
6.While the wings are baking, in a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper (if using).
7.Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
8.Serve the crispy buffalo chicken wings hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
