Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  • Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
  • While the wings are baking, in a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
  • Serve the crispy buffalo chicken wings hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
