Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill
A delicious and healthy recipe for baked salmon with lemon and dill.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 sprigs of dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay a few slices of lemon on top of each fillet.
- Place a sprig of dill on top of each fillet.
- Drizzle the salmon with olive oil.
