A delicious and healthy recipe for baked salmon with lemon and dill.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 sprigs of dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay a few slices of lemon on top of each fillet.
  • Place a sprig of dill on top of each fillet.
  • Drizzle the salmon with olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
