In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of wheat flour, 2 packs of yeast, 1/2 cup of water (at room temperature), 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp sea salt, and 1 tbsp Splenda sugar (if using).
Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and a towel. Set aside for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until the dough has risen and doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Once the dough has risen, transfer it to a sheet pan.
Spread a layer of traditional pizza sauce over the dough.
Add a generous layer of pizza cheese.
Top with your choice of meat.
Arrange the sliced home-grown tomatoes, green peppers, red peppers, and fresh spinach on top.
Drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Enjoy your homemade pizza with fresh, home-grown ingredients!
