Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 200 g Boneless pork chops
  • 200 ml Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 100 g Corn
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the boneless pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Add the pork chops to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are cooked through. Remove from the pan and let them rest.
  • In the same pan, add the chopped carrots and diced tomatoes. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Add the corn to the pan and stir well.
  • Pour in the cream of chicken soup and mix until everything is well combined. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Slice the pork chops and add them back to the pan. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  • Serve the creamy pork and vegetables over a bed of rice.
