1 pound beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons souvlaki seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs


1.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2.Add beef sirloin and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
3.Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
4.In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and zucchini.
5.Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-6 minutes.
6.Add souvlaki seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to coat the vegetables.
7.Return the beef to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.
8.Create four wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
9.Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are cooked to your liking, about 4-5 minutes for medium runny yolks.
10.Serve the Souvlaki Breakfast Skillet hot and enjoy!
