Grilled Steak and Bell Pepper Breakfast Hash

Start your day off right with this delicious and satisfying breakfast hash made with grilled steak and bell peppers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb grilled steak cut into small cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onions and bell peppers, and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  • Add the potatoes, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  • Push the hash to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Cook until the eggs are done to your liking.
  • Serve the hash with the grilled steak on top and enjoy!
