1 pound beef sirloin steak
1 pound brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste


1.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2.In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
3.Brush the olive oil mixture onto the beef sirloin steak. Place steak on preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. Remove steak from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
4.While the steak is resting, prepare the brussels sprouts. Cut off the ends of the brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
5.In a large bowl, toss the sliced brussels sprouts with the remaining olive oil mixture. Place brussels sprouts on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender and lightly charred.
6.Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
7.Serve the grilled beef and brussels sprouts together and enjoy!
