Protein Packed Chicken Pods – by Jim Boland
Ingredients
- 3 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- Garlic powder and Italian seasoning desired amount
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Form mixture into oval shapes (size by choice).
- Place the pods on a lightly oiled cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
