Refreshing and healthy juice recipe with the flavors of fresh mint and pomegranate.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Place the pomegranate seeds and fresh mint leaves in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • If desired, add honey to sweeten the juice.
  • Add cold water and blend again until well mixed.
  • Pour the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp or seeds.
  • Serve the juice over ice cubes and enjoy!
