Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, milk, ketchup, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf. Spread an additional layer of ketchup over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the loaf is cooked through.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
