Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced pork shoulder and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the shredded cabbage and diced potatoes to the skillet. Cook until cabbage is wilted and potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Return the cooked pork to the skillet and sprinkle with paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until flavors are well combined. Serve hot.
