Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds turkey breast bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  • Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme.
  • Place the turkey breast in the crockpot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part of the breast.
  • Remove the turkey breast from the crockpot and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
