Instructions
Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme.
Place the turkey breast in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part of the breast.
Remove the turkey breast from the crockpot and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
