In a pan, heat ghee over medium heat.
Add the grated coconut and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it releases its aroma.
Add the condensed milk and milk to the pan and mix well.
Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or tray and spread it evenly.
Garnish with chopped nuts and press them lightly into the mixture.
Allow the barfi to cool completely and then cut it into square or diamond shapes.
