Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onion, bell peppers, zucchini, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
