Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until browned.
Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
Return the pork chops to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve the pork chops topped with the sauce and garnished with chopped parsley.
