Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pork chops
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped, fresh

Instructions
 

  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until browned.
  • Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  • Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Return the pork chops to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Serve the pork chops topped with the sauce and garnished with chopped parsley.
