Ingredients

2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup vegan cream cheese
1/2 cup vegan mayo
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the vegan cream cheese, vegan mayo, nutritional yeast, diced onion, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
2.Add the thawed and drained spinach to the bowl and stir until well combined.
3.Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
4.Serve the vegan spinach dip with your favorite chips or vegetables.
