Ingredients

2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup ranch dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the cooked chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
2.Add the ranch dressing and toss until all the ingredients are well coated.
3.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4.Serve the salad chilled and enjoy!
