Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces pappardelle pasta
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 shallot finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup dill chopped fresh
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon cut into thin strips
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pappardelle pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shallot and garlic and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

      Dill is a herb that’s got a kinda unique flavor. Parsley is way different, but you can try it if you want. Just won’t taste the same! 😅
