Leon’s Gourmet Coldslaw – by Leon Turner
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage large
- 1 green bell pepper large
- 3 carrots medium
- 1/3 jar Kroger Old Fashioned Bread & Butter Pickles
- 1 cup honey
- 2 cups Duke’s mayonnaise
Instructions
- Chop all veggies using a food processor with a blade that looks like it has wings.
- Add an ounce of pickle juice.
- Stir well.
- Store in the fridge.
