Leon’s Gourmet Coldslaw – by Leon Turner
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 3 medium carrots
- 1/3 jar of Kroger Old Fashioned Bread & Butter Pickles
- 1 cup of honey
- 2 cups of Duke’s mayonnaise
Instructions
- Chop all veggies using a food processor with a blade that looks like it has wings.
- Add an ounce of pickle juice.
- Stir well.
- Store in the fridge.
