Grilled Chicken Kebabs with Garlic Sauce

1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste


1.In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken pieces and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
3.Thread marinated chicken, red bell pepper, and red onion onto skewers.
4.Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are charred.
5.In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
6.Serve grilled chicken kebabs with garlic sauce.
