1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 ounces pepper jack cheese, cut into 4 slices
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments for serving


1.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2.In a bowl, combine ground beef, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
3.Divide the ground beef mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a thin patty.
4.Place a slice of pepper jack cheese in the center of 4 patties. Top with another patty and press the edges together to seal.
5.Grill the stuffed burgers for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
6.Serve the burgers on toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite condiments.
