Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries rinsed and drained
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1-2 whole jalapeños seeded and minced
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberries, sugar, and orange juice.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the cranberries start to burst.
- Stir in the minced jalapeños and continue to cook for another 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
