Bagels with Bacon and Cheese

2 bagels
4 slices of bacon
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 slices of mozzarella cheese


1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.Slice the bagels in half horizontally.
3.Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until crispy.
4.Remove the bacon from the oven and drain on paper towels.
5.Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
6.Top each bagel half with a slice of cheddar cheese and slice of mozzarella cheese.
7.Place the baking sheet with the bagels and cheese under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8.Remove the bagels from the broiler and top each half with 2 slices of bacon.
9.Serve hot and enjoy!
