Ingredients

1 whole pineapple
12 slices of bacon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.Slice the pineapple into 1-inch thick rounds and then cut each round into bite-sized pieces.
