Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, shredded mozzarella, and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute or until the cheese melts.
Stir the melted mixture until smooth, then add baking powder and salt. Mix well to form a dough.
Roll the dough out on a piece of parchment paper to form a pizza crust.
Transfer the crust, still on the parchment paper, onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust.
Top with sliced vegetables and sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning.
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
