Delicious and healthy vegetable dumplings filled with a variety of colorful vegetables, perfect for steaming or frying.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrots grated
  • 1 cup mushrooms finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pack dumpling wrappers

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Place a small spoonful of the vegetable mixture into the center of a dumpling wrapper.
  • Fold the wrapper in half to enclose the filling and seal the edges with water.
  • Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  • Steam the dumplings for 8-10 minutes or until the wrappers are translucent.
