  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small patties or balls, about 2 inches in diameter.
