Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until translucent.
Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
Add zucchini, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until zucchini is tender.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
