Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas large,
  • 4 slices turkey
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
  • Layer the turkey, spinach, and shredded cheese on top of the tortilla.
  • Top with the second tortilla.
  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Carefully transfer the quesadilla to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
  • Remove from the skillet and cut into wedges.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
