Instructions
Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
Layer the turkey, spinach, and shredded cheese on top of the tortilla.
Top with the second tortilla.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Carefully transfer the quesadilla to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
Remove from the skillet and cut into wedges.
Serve hot and enjoy!
