Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Add grated carrots, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
