In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, drained tuna, corn, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the cheese. Stir in salt and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. If desired, add breadcrumbs for an extra crunchy topping.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
