A delightful casserole combining tuna and corn for a satisfying and easy-to-make meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked pasta such as rotini or penne
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 cup corn frozen or canned, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, drained tuna, corn, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the cheese. Stir in salt and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. If desired, add breadcrumbs for an extra crunchy topping.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your meal!
