Instructions
1. Prepare the broth by simmering chicken bones, ginger, and garlic in water for at least 1 hour.
2. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
3. In a separate pot, heat the chicken broth and season with soy sauce and fish sauce.
4. Divide the noodles into individual serving bowls and top with chashu pork, soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and seaweed.
5. Pour the hot broth over the noodles and serve immediately.
