Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onion and red bell pepper. Sauté until they start to soften.
Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, and soy sauce to the pan. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Add spinach to the tofu mixture and cook until wilted.
Add black salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
