Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the pineapple slice for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and it is slightly caramelized.
Grill the ground beef patty for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of grilling, add the cheddar cheese on top of the patty to melt.
Toast the burger bun on the grill for about 1 minute, until golden brown.
Assemble the burger: Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the toasted bun, place the lettuce and tomato slice on top. Add the grilled beef patty with melted cheese, then place the grilled pineapple slice and jalapeños on top. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
Close the burger with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately and enjoy!
