Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds turkey breast bone-in, skin on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth low sodium

Instructions
 

  • Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  • Rub olive oil over turkey breast and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Place turkey breast in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth around it.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5 hours, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the turkey rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
