Instructions
Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels.
Rub olive oil over turkey breast and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place turkey breast in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth around it.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 165°F (74°C).
Let the turkey rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
