A delicious and light stir-fry dish combining succulent shrimp with crisp snow peas.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 100 grams snow peas trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger fresh, grated

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add snow peas and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in soy sauce and toss to combine, cooking for another minute.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
