Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve some pasta water and drain the rest.
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the salmon fillet to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes until tender. Add a splash of pasta water if needed.
Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and return to the pan. Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
