Pour milk into a pan and bring it to a boil.
Dissolve custard powder in a little cold milk and add it to the boiling milk, stirring continuously.
Add sugar and cook until the custard thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Once the custard has cooled, add rose water and mix well.
Chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces and add them to the custard. Mix gently.
Chill the custard in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, garnish with chopped nuts, cherry syrup (optional), and fresh cherries.
