Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and lightly browned.
Remove the broccoli from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
