Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Make small incisions all over the lamb leg and insert slices of garlic into them.
Rub the lamb with olive oil and season generously with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Place the lamb on a roasting rack in a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for 90 minutes or until the lamb is cooked to your liking.
Remove from the oven and let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before carving.
