In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter.
Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot pan for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
Repeat with remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.
Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
