Ingredients
  

  • 15 ounce pumpkin puree 1 can
  • 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger ground
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg ground
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 9 inch pie shell unbaked

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Whisk pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust.
  • Bake 15 minutes.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.
  • Let cool before serving.
