Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub the pork loin roast with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Evenly coat the pork roast with the herb mixture.
Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
