In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, grated zucchini, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Scoop about 1/4 cup of the pork and zucchini mixture and shape it into a patty.
Place the patty in the heated skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Repeat with the remaining mixture to make more fritters.
