In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and yeast. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Pour into the flour mixture and knead until a soft dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Deflate the dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Spread the pistachio butter over the rolled-out dough. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and brown sugar.
Carefully roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
Place the pieces in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, glaze with icing or sprinkle with additional ground cinnamon.
