Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Brussels sprouts halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again to evenly coat the Brussels sprouts.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy.
