Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and sesame oil.
Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and coat it evenly with the miso mixture.
Let the salmon marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Brush olive oil on the baking dish to prevent sticking.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
