Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons miso paste white or yellow miso
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger fresh
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 salmon fillet 6 oz, skin removed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil for baking dish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and sesame oil.
  • Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and coat it evenly with the miso mixture.
  • Let the salmon marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Brush olive oil on the baking dish to prevent sticking.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
